Paul O'Shea

Head of Fee and Diligence Services, Colmore

Paul created Colmore’s fee validation product FAIR and is the lead architect responsible for design and development of our new term product lines. He has been an expert speaker at events hosted by ILPA, P2F2 and PEAI and has advised the SEC, the EU Commission and ILPA in Private Market regulations. Paul has been with Colmore since its inception in 2017 and prior to that worked as a VP at the Fund of Fund Capital Dynamics. Paul started his career working in Global Markets at BNY Mellon.

Heather Heys

Head of Legal, Colmore

Heather leads the Legal Review function, is product manager for Colmore’s term product lines and provides legal expertise to our FAIR and Fee and Term Analytics teams. She has been a guest speaker at both ILPA’s 2021 Summit and Legal Conference. Heather joined Colmore in early 2021 and prior to that spent 15 years working in the corporate and private equity groups for Deloitte, Dentons and Vinson and Elkins in both the U.K. and China.
