How do you get rewarded?
We aim to provide the most comprehensive data on private markets, which includes proprietary and publicly available information. To qualify for a reward, the discrepancy must be found on Preqin Pro and be;
- Publicly available data that is incorrect.
- Publicly available data that is missing after 24 hours of release.
- Verifiable, erroneous, non-public data where the source of information is disclosed to us.
- Textual errors or typos that result in incorrect content.
Rewards will not be offered for data errors that were the result of incorrect information provided directly to us by your own firm or a member of your organisation. Updates to this information can be submitted through our research team. Some data issues may be the result of product error of bug, which may require a larger review - this may be eligible for reward if it is identified, although during the review or fix process, no additional rewards will be granted.
