Mr. Shah is currently an Executive Director with UBS in Hong Kong on the Capital Introduction team with a focus on both our Asian Hedge Fund Clients and US based Institutional Investors. He relocated from New York in the summer of 2015, having previously been a senior member of the US Capital Introduction team since 2011. Prior to this, he was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs in their Prime Brokerage group. He started his career at the American Stock Exchange.

He holds a Masters of Science in Finance degree from Boston College, and completed his Bachelor of Arts at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Mr. Shah holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.

Allen Sing
PORTFOLIO MANAGER
SUN HUNG KAI CAPITAL PARTNERS
Allen has spent 25 years in the investment industry, including 20 years of experience as a hedge fund allocator. He is currently the Portfolio Manager of Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners's multi-manager hedge fund portfolio. Previously, he managed CITIC CLSA’s hedge fund portfolio. In this role, Allen was in charge of portfolio management, risk management and research.

Prior to that, Allen spent 15 years at SAIL Funds in Hong Kong as a hedge fund research analyst and portfolio manager, where he managed their USD1.5bn global FOHF. Allen began his career in Morgan Stanley’s equity capital markets and investment banking division in 1995. Allen holds a B.A. from Brown University, and he is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Carol Teng
DIRECTOR
BLACKROCK ALTERNATIVES SPECIALISTS
Carol Teng joined BlackRock Alternatives Specialists from Citigroup Asia Markets, where she led their Asia-Pacific Capital Introductions effort. She has 14+ years of experience raising capital for asset managers (mainly hedge funds and fund of hedge funds) in both Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Teng was a London based Partner at Nomos Capital, an independent Swiss-based placement agent for hedge funds and asset managers. At Citi, Carol has primarily focused on East Asia and Greater China relationships with a special emphasis on sovereign entities. Ms. Teng graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc degree in Management Science (Applied Statistics) and also holds a CAIA designation.

Frank Fan

Frank joined Cephei Capital as investor relations in 2014. Prior to Cephei, Frank worked for UBS AG as HK/China equity sales and head of China sales from 2010 to 2014. Before UBS, Frank worked for China International Capital Corporation (CICC) from 2000 to 2010 as HK/China equity sales and head of sales team.

Frank obtained Master Degree of Economics from Peking University, and Bachelor Degree of Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
